David Snyder

David Snyder has over 15 years of experience in the photography industry, and currently works as a representative for Sony PRO Support in the Mid-Atlantic, based in the DC area.

David has enjoyed photographing professional sporting events in the past. Before joining Sony, he worked for the team photographer of the Washington Wizards and the Washington Mystics, and enjoys any opportunity to attend professional sporting events with a camera in his hand.

David has also worked at The Washington Post and Reuters Photo as an assistant, photographer, photo desk technician and an editor. Through freelance opportunities, David photographed a variety of entertainment events. His clients have included Reuters Entertainment, Getty Images, Wire Image, FilmMagic, PETA, Moet, various PR agency events, etc.

David’s photos have been published in The Blood-Horse, Thoroughbred Times, Sports Illustrated, USA Today and The Washington Post, as well as online publications.  His camera has gone from being focused on professional athletes to his son, Jake, who is just over a year old.
