Anna Rose Layden

Anna Rose Layden is a photojournalist based in Washington, DC. After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2021, she worked as an intern for The Hill and began freelancing soon after. Collaborating with outlets including The New York Times, Reuters, and The Washington Post, she documents the complexities of culture and social change in contemporary American life and politics. Her work has been recognized by the White House News Photographers Association, Women Photojournalists of Washington, and Asian-American Journalists Association
