Analyzing Real Client Contracts, Licensing for Revenue and Industry Rates/Terms

Come and analyze real client contracts from publications, non-profits and corporations so you can decide if the contract needs negotiating or has terms you should avoid. We will also delve into understanding the need for licensing and finish the session with a discussion about rates/terms offered by publications, non-profits and corporations. (It’s advised that students register for the Master’s Class on “Building a License from Scratch,” which will be a hands-on tutorial on creating a license).
